Goal Setting

I a part of a facebook group where we support one another during our journey to better health. We have people of all different ages, sizes and fitness levels, so it makes it a great group for support! My coach (creator of the group) has started to help us recognize our goals and put them into place so we can be successful. Here's a picture of my goal setting list from today:

The bolded text are my goals to have completed by the end of 2017; the crossed out text are the things that will stand in my way to completing my goals; and the "because" statements are defining how they will not stand in my way and why they are not valid reasons to not complete my goals.
